All products shipped by Research Chemical Lab are research chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm that ordering, importing, and possessing these products is legal in their country or region prior to placing an order.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Shipping destinations depend on the selected product, destination and current checkout availability.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods; we will notify customers of any significant delay.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: Estimated delivery within  1 business day
  • European Union: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
  • Rest of World (where applicable): Estimated delivery within  4–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, customs processing, and destination.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • We may offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions from time to time; any such offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged securely and discreetly, with no indication of contents visible on the exterior of the package. Products are packaged to protect stability and integrity during transit, in line with standard laboratory shipping practices.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • If a package is delayed, returned, seized or destroyed by customs or postal authorities, contact support for a case review under the applicable order, shipping and refund terms.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch.

9. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a courier/depot, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sale@researchchemicalsupply.nl within 7 days of the expected delivery date, along with your order number and any relevant photos, so we can investigate with the courier.
